The Town of Niwot is located 7 miles north of Boulder and 3 miles south of Longmont on Highway 119 (the Diagonal Highway).

Niwot is approximately 45 minutes from Denver and Fort Collins.

Directions from Boulder

Take Highway 119 (the Diagonal Highway) towards Longmont.
Turn right on Second Avenue (100 yards past Niwot Road Stoplight), cross the train tracks and you’re downtown!

Directions from Longmont

Take Highway 119 (the Diagonal Highway) towards Boulder.
Turn left at the Niwot Road Stoplight and get into the Left Turn lane to get back onto Hwy 119 going north. Drive 100 yards and take the first right onto Second Avenue. Cross the train tracks and you’re downtown!

Directions from Louisville or Lafayette

Take Hwy 287 North to Niwot Road.
Turn left onto Niwot Road and continue on Niwot Road until you get to Second Avenue. Turn right onto Second Avenue and you’re downtown!

Directions from Denver

From I-25 North, exit Hwy 52 west toward Niwot and continue on Hwy 52 for approximately 11 miles. Turn right onto 79th Street. Turn left onto Niwot Road for 200 feet to Second Avenue and you’re downtown!
